The Path College Alliance Ordination Program (PCA Program) is a global, study-based program of ministry credentialing that equips Christians at every level of calling. It is designed for volunteer, part-time, and full-time clergy members.

Each path is designed to affirm your unique calling, equipping you for real, recognized ministry in your community and beyond.


Officiant
Lead sacred ceremonies such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, and dedications. Bring God’s presence into life’s defining moments.


Minister
Preach, teach, lead, and disciple in churches, house fellowships, online communities, or wherever God places you to shepherd His people.


Chaplain
Minister in public spaces—hospitals, schools, workplaces, military, and first responder settings. Bring light and comfort where it’s needed most.


Ministry Coach
Walk alongside others with wisdom, listening, and prayer. Encourage spiritual growth and help people discern next steps in their journey with God
